(Here is a 1990 VW Vanagon camper van I had to repaint and repair the paint stripes on for a Salem Body Shop)
Yes, I do paint on
pin-stripes. I started doing paint on stripes in the early 1991.
There were a number of very talented paint stripers in the area but
they were very busy and it was hard to get them to show up in a
timely manner. A friend of mine was doing it but he was getting out
of the business. He gave me his brushes and paint and I was in
business. I use stencils but they look great and I have filled a
niche in the Collision repair business. I show up when I say I will
and get the job done for a reasonable price. Most of the stripes that
need to be repaired are not that complicated but they need to be done
right. So once again prompt professional service wins the day. I can
usually show up the same day you call. I use enamel paints so in
colder weather drying time can slow down so I use a catalyst to speed
things up.
When you need paint
stripes right now and Da Vinci is out of town I'm your guy.
