THE LIFE OF VINYL

This would make a great title for an educational film from the sixties like, "Your Body And You".  Anyway getting back to the point of all this. Vinyl is great but it does have its limits especially when it comes to cars and trucks. Harsh weather kills vinyl. Hot and cold extremes rain and sun will reduce the life of anything that is vinyl inside a car and out. It seems like everything on cars these days is made of some type of vinyl. I am not sure that these vinyl protectant products do anything other than make your vinyl shiny. They tent to make dust and dirt stick to the surface and break down the material faster. The best way to extend the life of your autos interior and exterior is keep it out of the weather and away from temperature extremes. If you can do that you will add years of life to your car or truck.
