Discontinued Factory Stripes & Decals

Body shop and collision repair shops run into this problem a lot: you have an older car or truck, 10 years or older, and you need the factory stripes but you find out that they are discontinued. Sheeee-oot! What are you going to do now? Well, maybe I can help you by pointing you in the right direction. Get the make model year and the VIN#If it is a truck you will need to know if it is a long or short bed. Colors can be tricky; what looks like red to you may not be called red. But usually factory kits only had a few variations of color so a close description will probably work. Figure out how much of the stripe kit you need. If you only need one side or a part of one side it may be easier to find. Body Shops sometimes keep all their partial kits and you may have some luck seeing if a shop will sell you what you need. Ebay may also be a good place to look. As an Ebay seller I used to check the wanted section on ebay and sell people what they needed.
